Repeat Prescription Changes Posted or Updated on 19 Feb 2020

From the 4th of July 2016, you will no longer be able to order your repeat precriptions through the Pharmacy. 

You will be able to order them online, or in person at the surgery, or via the prescription telephone order line, at the surgery.

To register for online services you can print a form from this Website or collect a form from the Practice.

This does not apply for dosette box or blister pack patients.
