Welcome to Church Street Medical Practice. This website is designed to help you gain maximum benefit from the services provided. We hope you will find it useful and will keep it handy for future reference.

The practice has been long established and has been in existence for over 60 years. The practice moved to purpose built premises in June 2010. The premises take up the site of the former swimming baths in Coatbridge Main Street.

    Covid-19 Vaccine

    The Practice is working with NHS Lanarkshire in order to ensure that you receive an invitation, to arrange a vaccination appointment, when you are eligible. There is no need for patients to do anything until they are contacted. This will likely be a phone call or a letter, from NHS Lanarkshire. The quickest way to be vaccinated is to be available to take the soonest appointment you are offered. The Practice is not a Vaccination Centre for Covid-19 and we will not have stocks of any vaccine. Information is available at www.nhsinform.scot/covid19vaccine or 0800 030 8013 (available 8.00am to 8.00pm, 7 days a week). It is not possible to book or change vaccine appointments via the helpline.
